New home plumbing is a multi stage process that runs throughout your entire build. We work with your builder from the very beginning to ensure plumbing is planned, installed, and inspected at every stage so your project stays on schedule and on budget.

Stage 1 Pre-Slab: Underground and Pre Slab Plumbing

Before the concrete goes down, all underground drainage, sewer connections, and under slab pipework need to be in the right position. This is the most critical stage. If something is wrong here, fixing it later is expensive and disruptive. We get it right the first time, verified and ready for the slab pour.

Stage 2 Rough In: Rough In Plumbing

Once the frame is up, we install all the internal water supply pipes, drainage, and vent stacks inside the walls and ceilings. This is when the layout of every bathroom, kitchen, laundry, and toilet is locked in. We work closely with your builder and other trades to make sure everything lines up perfectly before lining and plastering begins.

Stage 3 Inspections: Inspections and Sign Off

All plumbing work in new homes requires inspection and approval at key stages. We handle all the necessary certifications and ensure everything meets the relevant Australian Standards and local council requirements. You will never need to chase paperwork with us. We take care of it.

Stage 4 Fit-Off: Final Fit Off and Commissioning

With the home nearing completion, we return to install all fixtures, tapware, hot water systems, and appliance connections. Every tap is tested, every connection is checked, and we do not leave until everything is working exactly as it should. Your new home is ready to live in from day one.
