The story behind Coffs Coast’s most trusted family plumbing business.
Built on Hard Work and a Love of Home
From Perth to the Coffs Coast. A journey with purpose.
A1 Plumbing and Gas Solutions is a family owned and operated business with deep roots in the Coffs Coast and Dorrigo communities. Founded by Adam and Ashlee Turner, the business was first established in Perth in 2013, where Adam built a reputation for doing exceptional work across a wide range of residential and commercial plumbing projects. But the call of home has always been there. In 2016, the coastal beaches, rolling green hills and tight knit community spirit of the Coffs Coast brought the Turner family back where they belonged.
Returning to their hometown of Coffs Harbour and Dorrigo was not just a lifestyle choice. It was a commitment to the people and the region they care most about. Today, A1 Plumbing and Gas Solutions proudly serves the entire Coffs Coast and surrounds. From Woolgoolga in the north to Macksville in the south, and inland through Bellingen and Dorrigo, the Turners are the team that locals trust to get the job done right.
Adam Turner. Licensed Plumber & Gas Fitter
Adam is a fully qualified plumber and gas fitter with a career that has taken him across Australia, working alongside larger plumbing and gas companies in multiple states. That broad exposure gave him something most tradespeople never get: a clear picture of what good businesses do well, and what too many get badly wrong.
That insight became the foundation of A1. The lessons learned from working in big companies shaped how Adam runs every single job. Clear communication. Honest pricing. Showing up when you say you will. Leaving the site tidy. Following up after the work is done. It sounds simple because it should be, but in Adam’s experience it is rarer than it ought to be.
Adam’s experience spans renovation plumbing, new home plumbing, bushfire sprinkler protection systems, gas installations, hot water system installations, pump installations, septic systems, maintenance and servicing, and commercial and industrial plumbing and gas. Whatever your plumbing or gas need is on the Coffs Coast, Adam and his team has done it before and done it well.
